Warranty and Return Policy

Returns
Return Window:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returns must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer if the item is not factory defective.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
- Non-defective items returned will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Items must be inspected upon receipt and must be in like-new condition (no pet hair, stains, or signs of abuse).
Processing Fee:
- For returns of items paid with a debit, credit, or prepaid card, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Mattresses (unless structurally defective with proof provided within 12 hours of delivery)
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or visibly used
Exchanges
If your order has not shipped, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and will fall under our return policy.
Damages
Upon Delivery:
- If you notice damage upon delivery, please note it on the delivery documentation and inform the delivery personnel.
- Contact us immediately to report the damage.
Post-Delivery:
- If you notice damage after delivery, please take photos and email them to support@stampshomefurniture.com within 24 hours.
- We will assess the damage and provide a prompt replacement or repair.
Warranty
Stamps Home Furniture warrants that its products will be free of defects and materials in workmanship for a period of one (1) year on all products.
Our products come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions:
- Regular wear and tear
- Fitness for a particular use
Claims:
- Claims for defective, missing parts, or damaged merchandise must be filed within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will repair or replace damaged or defective goods at no additional charge, provided the damage is due to manufacturer defect or error.
Limitations:
- Stamps Home Furniture makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
