Return and Warranty Policy

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition, free from pet hair, stains, or visible signs of use or damage. Non-defective items returned will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and reintegration into inventory. Additionally, for returns processed on debit, credit, or prepaid cards, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Once an item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are issued within five business days and credited back to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective from the factory. In such cases, Stamps Home Furniture will cover the return shipping expenses. It is important to note that delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the final refund amount.

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including mattresses, unless they are structurally defective and photographic proof is provided within 12 hours of delivery. Additionally, products that arrive damaged, soiled, or visibly used do not qualify for returns. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their items upon arrival and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges are permitted only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once a product has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for exchange and must be processed as a return under the guidelines mentioned above.

 

In cases of damage upon delivery, it is crucial to document any visible issues by noting them on the delivery documentation and immediately informing the delivery personnel. Customers should also contact Stamps Home Furniture’s support team promptly. If damage is discovered after delivery, clear photographs of the affected area, along with images of the original packaging, should be emailed to support@stampshomefurniture.com within 24 hours. Our team will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

 

Stamps Home Furniture stands by the quality of its products and provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to all furniture purchased through our store and ensures that products remain free from structural defects under normal usage conditions. Should a manufacturing defect arise within this period, we will either repair or replace the affected item at no cost to the customer.

 

The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or fitness for a particular purpose. Claims related to missing parts, defective items, or damaged merchandise must be filed within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for warranty support. Customers should provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue when submitting a claim.

 

Stamps Home Furniture makes no additional warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Customers should ensure that all purchased furniture is properly assembled and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines to prevent avoidable wear and damage.
