Requests for modifications, including address changes or cancellations, should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, modifications may not be possible due to order processing and fulfillment. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Stamps Home Furniture offers a variety of shipping methods to accommodate different delivery needs. At checkout, customers can select the option that best suits them: Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days) – Free of charge. Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days) – $360.00. Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days) – $528.00. White Glove Shipping (with Assembly) – $1,100.00. White Glove Shipping includes professional assembly and placement of furniture in the desired space. The shipping costs for Express, Standard, and White Glove services are calculated at checkout. At this time, Stamps Home Furniture only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available, and any orders placed for delivery outside of the U.S. will be canceled and refunded. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, external factors such as holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical delays may impact shipping schedules. We appreciate our customers’ patience in such circumstances. TRACKING AND DELIVERY UPDATES Upon shipment, an email is sent with tracking details that allow customers to monitor their package’s progress via the carrier’s website. If tracking updates are not visible for more than seven business days, customers should contact support@stampshomefurniture.com for further assistance. If an order does not arrive within 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, our support team can initiate an investigation with the carrier. In cases where the carrier is unable to provide proof of delivery, resolution options, including refunds or replacements, may be considered based on the claims process. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS While every precaution is taken to package items securely, damages during transit may occur. If an item arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. The report should include: Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
