Order Processing

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a specified amount. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

If there is no update on the tracking information for more than 15 business days, please contact us at support@stampshomefurniture.com for assistance. This clause is not applicable during special periods such as holidays, pandemics, or abnormal weather conditions.

If your order is damaged during transit, you can request a refund by providing a screenshot of the tracking information as proof. The compensation will be determined based on the specific situation of the order.

If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more, and the supplier fails to provide proof of delivery, please contact us for resolution. Compensation will be based on the outcome of the claim filed with the logistics provider.

Return Eligibility

Return and refund applications must be filed within 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept non-defective remorse returns. All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If an item is delivered damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return. You will need to return the item and Stamps Home Furniture will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance. 

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Stamps Home Furniture is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Gift cards and certain other items are non-refundable.
